My Terms of Service. No exceptions.

GENERAL TERMS

✦ — I have the right to reject any orders I do not feel comfortable with for any reason.
✦ — I can share any images of the commissioned work. However, you can request the work remain private.
✦ — I will not make art that is political, religous, NSFW, and hateful.
✦ — All pieces will have a subtle/hidden signature that you may not remove.
✦ — Any pieces I post will have a "commissioned" watermark over it.

PAYMENT

✦ — I can accept payments through Cash App, Kofi, Discord, and VGen.
✦ — Commissions can be one upfront payment or two payments, half upfront and the other half after the commission is complete.
✦ — Do not send me payment before I have agreed to the commission, as I don't always have full commission availability.

PRICES

✦ — I have the right to lower and raise my prices as I see fit.
✦ — My prices will rise as my community or popularity grows. However I will never set my prices absurdly high.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

✦ — I will let you know when I have started the commission, and this will lose you the right to refund.
✦ — While I am working, I will send updates, or I will ask if everything checks out or looks okay.
✦ — I will send about 3-5 check-ups throughout the job, varying mostly on the complexity of the project.
✦ — The time it will take to finish your commission can be one day - two weeks for art, and one week - one and a half months for animations. This depends on factors such as health, personal issues, the complexity of the commission, and school or school related activities.
✦ — If anything that will slow down my job comes up, I will let you know that it will take longer than expected.
✦ — You have 3 revisions that do not affect your final price.
✦ — Additional fees will be added if you want to revise things more than the allotted number, or if you want to change the final product - unless there was a misunderstanding on my side.
✦ — If you want to change something you already approved, I will charge you based on how close I am to finishing the commission.
✦ — If your reference or description is unclear, then 2 of your revisions will be docked from your original number.
✦ — Once the commission is complete you will receive the full resolution version in either PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF based on what you request. Animations can be requested as .mov or .mp4.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICIES

I, The Amethyst Angel (The Artist), claim the rights of the finished products, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use this copyrighted work to:
✦ — Promote myself with it anywhere
✦ — Display it wherever I like (ex: social media, websites, ect.)
✦ — Post it wherever I want
The Buyer is allowed to:
✦ — Use commissioned work for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you may upload it on social media channels, but it must be stated it is commissioned work.
✦ — Use the commissioned work to promote themselves
✦ — Use the work in monetized content as long as the fee has been paid, and is not the subject or point of the content.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
✦ — Reproducing/using the copyrighted work commercially - making money off of it directly in any way.
✦ — Claiming you created the work.
✦ — Removing my signature/not giving me credit for my work.
I reserve full rights to these works unless agreed upon otherwise. (You may purchase full rights to the work for your non-personal use at anytime).

REFUND/CANCELATION POLICIES

✦ — The buyer is not allowed to refund once I've started the commission.
✦ — If for some reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
✦ — If you cancel your order before I have started it, you get a full refund.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

✦ — Drafts that you must decide which one I will continue with.
✦ — Sketches/Storyboards that you must accept before I continue my work.
✦ — As mentioned previously, a full resolution version of the commission in whichever file type based on what you request. All of which can be requested in a smaller file size.

✦ — I'll try my best to make the customer happy!
